Welcome to South Hills Retirement Residence. Scheduled for completion in late summer 2010, the building will have 106 apartments, 80% of which are set aside for individuals with incomes below 60% of the area median income and designed for adults 62 and over. Each apartment will include a complete kitchen and full bath plus dining/living room and one or two bedrooms.
